Man-O-War Bay Cottages offers select services
to guests. These services include cook and maid, babysitting, taxi, laundry,
and arrangement of car rental and nature tours. Maid services will be
scheduled once every three to four days for guests staying longer than one
week. Guests wishing additional maid services may use the quoted rates below.
Cooking service rates do not include the price of the food. The Tobago Taxi Association currently quotes rates of $50
US from the airport, however we offer the discounted rate listed below for
our guests through our drivers. We arrange for nature tours to the
rainforest, waterfalls, and Little Tobago.
We work with two Tobago Forestry Wardens,
one who specializes in bird-watching, the other in botany. Prices vary
depending on the tour, transportation, and guide. Please direct all questions

$. Add 15% tax to cottage rates. All cottage rates are per night. Groups
larger than 10 persons must make special arrangements for cooking and
cleaning services. Please inquire. To guarantee your reservation, a 50%
credit card deposit is required to confirm your booking. Credit cards are
required in lieu of security deposit. Any questions relating to this or other
policies may be directed to management.
Man-O-War Bay Cottages
offers a 10% discount to airline employees and their dependants, and a 10%
discount is available to certified scientific research groups. A 10% discount
is also available for travel agents. (Travel Agent ID must be presented at
check-in.)
Cancellation policy is
two weeks prior to arrival in the low season (April 16-December 14), three
weeks prior in the high season (December 15-April 15). No refunds will be
given after the cancellation period has passed. No refunds will be given to
guests who leave before their scheduled departure date.
